Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

We appreciate your order, and we strive to ensure your satisfaction.  However, due to the nature of our print-on-demand products, all sales are considered final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer's remorse or changes of mind.

Non-Returnable Items

This policy applies to all products purchased through FrugalNavigator.com.  This includes, but is not limited to, NOAA Charts, NGA Charts, and USGS Topo Maps or any custom charts that are printed as a result of your order.

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

Defective or Damaged Items : If you receive a chart that is visibly damaged or defective upon arrival, please email us photos of the damaged package within 10 days of receiving the item.  We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or some other suitable solution.

Wrong Item Received: If you received the wrong chart from us, please email photos of the errant chart within 10 days or receiving the item.  We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or other suitable resolution.
