FrugalNavigator.com sells nautical charts and topographic maps generated directly from official sources, specifically:

·    NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration), via the NOAA Custom Chart Tool

·    NGA (National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency), official nautical charts

·    USGS (United States Geological Survey), official topographic maps

FrugalNavigator.com does not alter, verify, or validate any navigational information contained within the neatline (border) of these charts or maps. FrugalNavigator.com places certain informational stamps solely within the margins for convenience, customer reference, and administrative purposes only.

For NOAA charts, these stamps include:

·    Identification: "Printed by FrugalNavigator.com"

·    Custom-assigned chart numbers and titles for customer convenience

·    Notes directing inquiries or discrepancy reports directly to NOAA

·    Standard reference ("One Minute of Latitude equals one Nautical Mile")

·    Clarifications identifying NOAA Custom Chart Tool as the chart source

For NGA charts, stamps include only:

·    Identification: "Printed by FrugalNavigator.com," along with FrugalNavigator.com contact information, as required by NGA.

For USGS topographic maps, stamps include only:

·    Identification: "Printed by FrugalNavigator.com"

All maps and charts provided by FrugalNavigator.com are sold "as-is." FrugalNavigator.com expressly disclaims any warranties related to accuracy, navigability, completeness, reliability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Map and chart users must independently verify all navigational content and updates through official USGS, NOAA or NGA publications before use.

By purchasing or using these maps and charts, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless FrugalNavigator.com, its owners, representatives, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, expenses, or liabilities arising from inaccuracies, errors, omissions, outdated information, or reliance upon the maps, charts or margin notes/stamps provided by FrugalNavigator.com.
